A smart CNC plasma cutter is a computer-controlled thermal cutting machine that uses an ionized gas jet to cut through electrically conductive metals. The machine generates an electrical arc between an electrode inside the torch and the workpiece. Compressed air flows through the torch, gets ionized by the arc into plasma at temperatures exceeding 20,000°C, and melts the metal. High-velocity gas blows the molten material out of the cut path.

Plasma Power Supply:
