What This Machine Does
A tube cutter that positions the laser head on the side rather than overhead. The beam fires horizontally into the tube instead of vertically downward. This arrangement changes the dynamics of the cutting process. Tubes sit lower, with a lower center of gravity, so they rotate with less vibration. The frame uses heavy steel plate. We don't use thin-gauge material. The weight provides stability during operation. The welding process uses controlled procedures to minimize distortion. Yes. Aluminum cuts well with nitrogen or compressed air assist. The machine handles aluminum tube up to the machine's capacity. The main consideration is gas selection for edge quality.

Remote training is included with the purchase. We provide video tutorials and live video support for initial setup. On-site training is available for an additional fee.
5. How long does installation take?
Installation typically takes 3-5 days. This includes leveling, electrical connection, software configuration, and optical alignment. Site preparation is your responsibility.
6. What's the warranty?
One year on the full machine. Two years on the laser source. Consumables are not covered. Damage from improper operation or electrical issues is excluded.
7. Can I test the machine before buying?
Yes. Send us tube samples and we'll cut them and return the finished parts. We charge a nominal fee, credited toward your purchase.
8. What's the typical delivery time?
Standard machines ship in 15-20 working days. Custom configurations take 25-30 working days. We'll confirm a delivery date before you order.
9. What's the machine footprint?
The machine requires about 11 meters in length and 3.5 meters in width, including clearance. We provide a layout drawing for your workshop.
10. How do I know if this machine is right for me?
