Stress Relief – The welded frame goes through a full annealing cycle. Heated to about 600°C and cooled slowly over 24 hours. We do not skip this step.

Machining – After stress relief, the frame is machined flat. Rail mounting surfaces and bearing seats are cut to spec.

Assembly – Linear guide rails, rack-and-pinion drives, the gantry, and the cutting head are installed. The component layout is tighter than a standard machine.

Testing – Every machine runs through a test protocol. We cut test pieces, measure accuracy, and verify all safety systems.
