1 Non-Contact Pilot Arc Ignition
The system employs non-contact high-frequency arc starting. The pilot arc initiates without the torch contacting the workpiece surface. This enables cutting on painted, rusted, or uneven materials without preparatory scraping.
2 100% Duty Cycle at Rated Temperature
Duty cycle is rated at 100% under 40°C ambient temperature at full rated output current. The thermal overload protection system does not interrupt operation under standard continuous use conditions.
3 Wide Current Regulation Range
The 120A model provides adjustable output from 30A to 120A. The 200A model provides adjustable output from 40A to 200A. This range accommodates material thicknesses from thin gauge sheet to heavy structural plate.
4 Arc Voltage Signal Output
The system outputs arc voltage signals at selectable ratios: 1:1, 1:20, 1:50, and 1:100. Factory default is 1:1. This signal interfaces with CNC height control systems for automated torch-to-workpiece distance management.
5 Dual Cooling Configuration (200A Model Only)
The 200A model supports both air-cooled and water-cooled torch configurations. Air-cooled is standard. Water-cooled is available for extended continuous operation at maximum output.
