A Small Laser Pipe Cutter is a CNC laser cutting system built specifically for tubes and pipes - round, square, rectangular, and even special-shaped profiles. Instead of cutting flat sheets, it uses a rotary chuck to spin the tube while the laser head moves along its length, cutting holes, slots, miters, bevels, and complex shapes in one setup.

How It Works
The rotary chuck clamps the tube and spins it. The laser head moves along the tube's length. The CNC controller coordinates both movements, plus the laser firing and gas flow, all at the same time.

The chuck grips tube diameters from 30mm up to 100mm and spins at up to 150 revolutions per minute. Its smart retraction design leaves as little as 80-100mm of leftover tail material - you're getting about 98% utilization out of each tube.
The laser source ranges from 1000W to 3000W. The beam travels through a fiber optic cable to the cutting head, which moves along the tube's axis. The laser melts the metal while assist gas blows the molten material away. The system is water-cooled to maintain stability during extended runs.

The control system imports DXF or CAD drawings directly. You don't need to program complex paths - load the design, select the material, and the machine generates the cutting path. The machine handles round, square, rectangular, oval, and special-shaped profiles.
