5. Assembly: Mechanical, electrical, and control systems are installed, including both plasma and flame torches. We use high-quality components from manufacturers like Shanghai Fangling CNC and Beijing Start motor drives.
6. Testing: Each machine undergoes comprehensive testing before dispatch. This includes running motion systems, verifying plasma torch power, and testing flame cutting with gas. We cut actual steel plates to assess edge quality and accuracy. Machines that don't meet our standards are not shipped.
7. Packaging and Shipping: Portable CNC Cutting Equipment is disassembled into modules, crated, and documented for transit.

Common Issues in Plasma Cutting

Poor Air Quality:Moisture in your air lines can quickly ruin plasma consumables, leading to nozzle failure in just minutes. Make it a habit to drain your compressor daily and use a filter-dryer.

Using the Wrong Consumables:The correct nozzle and electrode depend on the material and its thickness. Using the wrong ones will affect your cut quality.

Neglecting THC (Torch Height Control):The height controller needs to be calibrated for each material thickness. Skipping this step can result in crashes or arc loss.

Incorrect Gas Pressure:If your oxygen pressure is too low, the cut won't penetrate. Too much pressure, and you'll just be wasting gas.

Weak Grounding:Plasma cutting requires a solid ground connection. Poor grounding can lead to an unstable arc.

The CNC controller remembers positions. Use the "step and repeat" function in the nesting software – you set the spacing between parts once, and the machine cuts the pattern across the entire plate. No measuring tape needed. The controller handles it.
