Can I cut stainless steel and aluminum with this machine?

Yes, stainless steel and aluminum cut well with plasma. Gas selection matters-dry, clean air works for most applications. Nitrogen or argon-hydrogen mixtures give better edge quality but require additional gas equipment. Thickness capability is slightly lower than mild steel.
