The machine boasts a welded steel frame that's been heat-treated to prevent shifting. If this step is skipped, the bed can warp over time, leading to inaccurate cuts later on (see L35-L39 in the English source). The gantry features a dual-side drive system, meaning motors on both sides keep it perfectly square during movement. Unlike single-side drive machines that can lean or skew under pressure, this dual-side system maintains its alignment.

It's versatile, supporting both plasma cutting for quick work on thin to medium plates (usually up to around 35mm) and flame cutting for thick steel (150mm or more).

How We Build These Machines

It's easier than you think. The controller has a graphic interface – pick a shape, enter dimensions, press start. The nesting software handles the rest. If you've used any CAD software before, you'll pick it up in a day or two. Most operators are comfortable within a week.

What's the difference between an entry-level machine and an industrial one?
